1. To request a refund or exchange for an item, the customer must provide proof of purchase from the seller. Such proof is typically considered to be a document confirming the purchase and sale of the item from this seller, such as an invoice, credit card statement, or other similar document.
2. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning or exchanging goods of good quality.
3. In order to return goods, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
4. In order to return the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at info@remizo.eu and agree on the return method.
5. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused and have not lost their commercial appearance (undamaged garment labels, unripped protective films and paper labels, etc.). When returning the goods, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of their purchase (copy of order, payment order).
6. When returning a good of good quality, the Buyer is refunded only the amount paid for the good. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer.
7. In the event of receiving the wrong goods, the Seller undertakes to replace such goods with the required goods. If the Seller does not have the required goods, the Buyer shall be refunded all money (for the goods and the actual shipping costs incurred).
8. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with an analogous product orto refund the money to the Buyer.
9. In order to return a defective product(-s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or package describing the problem.
10. The returned defective goods must be undamaged, unused and have not lost their commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unripped protective films, etc.). When returning the goods, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of their purchase.
11. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure specified in paragraphs 3-9 of these rules.
12. If the Buyer paid for the goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) are refunded.
13. If the Buyer returns goods purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the goods with the applicable discount is refunded.
